Suddenly my Windows 10 (vs 21H2 OS Build 19044.2965) started to display this annoying popup every time I try to delete, move or copy files to/from disks. Then I just click "continue" and it does whatever I want it to do. It only happens in non-removable units though (in USB ones it won't happen).
